Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and mine, the following policy is in place for all appointments:
Deposits: All deposits are nonrefundable and are required to secure your appointment
24-Hour Cancellation/ Reschedule notice: Cancellations or reschedule request must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If proper notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited.
Late cancellations/ No-Shows: Any appointment that is a No call, No-show will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total.
Deposit transfers: Clients who provide proper notice within the 24-hour window, may have their deposit transferred and applied to a future appointment.
